Louis started making sourdough during the first lockdown in 2020. The result now is him upgrading to a proper oven and making multiple batches per week for chai, refill room, eco street market and jacks patch veg boxes.
So pleased to have such a delicious sourdough a part of the boxes. With Louis’s demand, the bread is sold out very quickly at the market, so this is the best way to get your hands on one of his loafs!
