Hi. My name is Tait Miller and I’m a international professional chef with 11 years experience in the industry. Time flies when you’re having fun as they say!
I luckily found what i wanted to do at an early age allowing me to combine my love for travel and adventure with my passion for cooking.
Over the years i have been fortunate to have worked at 2 Michelin star restaurants including Marcus and The Ledbury in London. At both i learned to hone my culinary skills and elevate my cooking to another level.
Berlin has a special place in my heart and I was Executive Head Chef of Daluma. This is an amazing healthy food brand that pushes the boundaries on health and well-being. I developed recipes for them across the brand and explored the fusion between health and taste.
I have also worked as a restaurant consultant and private chef for many years for a variety of clients including UHNWI.
Though I’ve had some truly wonderful experiences and the opportunity to travel the world doing the work i love it’s not all glitz and glamor. Working as a chef is hard work. Between long and gruelling hours, late nights and early mornings, lack of social life and high pressure on a daily basis it’s definitely led me on a path of highs and lows.
Over the years I’ve suffered with depression and had quite a few knocks but my path out of that was through improving my healthy lifestyle and positive action. By investing in myself and wellbeing i was able to have a positive impact on my mental, emotional and physical health.
I’m now focused on using my skills to help more people and my community.
2020 has been a difficult year for so many and one i will never forget. During lockdown i came up with my healthy eating YouTube channel concept which has been going from strength to strength.
To keep up to date with all my future projects, recipes and general healthy goodness give @taitmiller a follow.
2021 is looking very exciting and I’m pleased to share these with you.
